ORIENTAL HIDEAWAY

Once a year it's time for what is probably Zurich's most romantic pop-up restaurant. The Oriental Hideaway at The Dolder Grand then conjures up an extraordinary atmosphere with floating lights in the darkened "hideaway". The unique aromatic cuisine of Oriental Chef de Cuisine Firas El-Borji delights the Lebanese and Arab house guests, including royal families from various Arab countries, as well as all lovers of oriental cuisine. Cold and warm mezze, main courses such as biryani, shish taouk and kafta leave nothing to be desired. You should definitely leave room for dessert.

My tip:  4-course menu for 2 people or more with lamb biryani as the main course. Dessert: Oriental bouza and chocolate baklava
