Lindenhofkeller: Fine bourgeois palate feast at the Lindenhof
Pfalzgasse 4, 8001 Zürich, Schweiz | 044 59 99 57 0 | Website | Opening HoursOn December 28, the new Lindenhofkeller opens its doors with fine bourgeois cuisine.
Two different dining rooms: In the upper part with a cozy tiled stove you can dine somewhat secluded, while in the lower area with semi-open kitchen you can watch the team at work and an exchange between guest and restaurant staff is desired.
Chef Sebastian Rösch and sommelier and restaurant manager Alexander Schmidt did not yet want to give me a look at the menu. In the conversations, however, I was able to learn that there will be both a menu and à la carte. The menu includes a hearty snack with original Franconian pretzels and freshly tapped beer, as well as the familiar knuckles. 😋
"A loving cuisine that, for all its sophistication, does not forget its roots, is guided by the seasons and reflects the traditions of its culinary origins on the plate."
I can't wait to see for myself. The first few days are already fully booked, and things are looking up for early January. 🙌
