A unique concept in Zurich: every three months an artist exhibits his works in the AMEO restaurant. Chef Julien Mühlebach cooks a surprise menu consisting of 4-6 courses to match.
Chef de service and sommelier Max Dullinger recommends the appropriate wines or an alcohol-free alternative. The great thing is that he has the right wine in stock for every budget and taste (approx. 200 different varieties). The surprise menu is accompanied by a wine pairing.
Julien's cuisine combines his Swiss and French roots. At the same time, he draws inspiration from his various travels. The products are predominantly local and seasonal.
From Wednesday to Friday there are also two simple lunch dishes, with a choice of soup or salad.
Julien and Max are also part owners of the restaurant and maintain a friendly and cordial relationship. A young and creative team is at work here and spoils its guests exceptionally.
