Chef Paulo Timoteo has had a career in various top restaurants and worked with Michelin-starred chefs. With Peruvian origins, a Spanish heart and an Asian soul, he has come to Zurich to take us to many different places with every bite. 🙏😋

Our starters
CEVICHE CLASICO Marinated fish in "Leche de Tigre" served with sweet potato puree and roasted corn.
BERENJENA Smoked aubergines served with roasted corn, onions and Leche de Tigre miso sauce.
SANGUCHITO PERUANO Chinese bun with smoked crispy pork belly garnished with pickled vegetables and rocoto mayonnaise.
EMPANADILLA TUSAN Homemade dim sum filled with Peruvian spicy aji de gallina sauce.

Main courses
POLLO AL CARBON Grilled half coquelet chicken marinated with masala spices and yoghurt, served with salad and horseradish vinaigrette.
PULPO ANTICUCHERO Grilled Nikkei style pulpo with cassava puree.

Dessert
PAI DE LUCUMA Lucuma fruit and Italian meringue.
