The Afghani dumplings Mantu filled with marinated beef or leek/pumpkin are absolutely delicious and are prepared by hand. The dishes are refined with pomegranate (Anar). At lunchtime there is a small selection of dishes, in the evening there are various regional specialities from different regions of Afghanistan and a mezze plate to choose from. You should also try the marinated aubergines with yoghurt sauce - Bandjan Borani. Jennifer and Akram run the restaurant with passion and use only local ingredients, Swiss meat and vegetables. In addition to the restataurant, Afghan Anar is represented at the Streetfood Festival and offers catering for groups of 30 or more.
