Since March 2017 Convivio has been lovingly managed by Nadine Bielitz and Jérôme Baschung as chef. The menu is seasonal, but the dishes are mostly Mediterranean-inspired. The operators know all suppliers personally and maintain honest and transparent cooperation. The product is always in the foreground. At noon there is a small but fine menu consisting of starters, menus with soup or salad, a business lunch and a few desserts. In the evening, guests can choose between 4-6 course menus. The wine list is rich.
