A sophisticated concept that, in addition to a daily evening menu, also offers events such as making your own Mutschli, sausage-making or cocktail workshops - to name just a few. 

The centrepiece on the first floor is Zurich's own and first city cheese dairy. In the cellar of the house, Chäser Peter stores special creations as well as the vintage cheese, which he plans to let mature for a remarkable 10 years.
