ViCAFE
ViCAFE originally started in Eglisau, roasts the coffee itself in its own roasting plant and now serves coffee lovers at four different locations in Zurich. My favourite is the smallest Kafi in town - on Bellevue. Every day there is a current saying of the day to the coffee. The coffee beans can be purchased in all ViCAFEs or in the online shop.
