Tenz started with a stand at the Zurich Food Festival and then, due to high demand, opened a small restaurant at Lochergut and later one at Langstrasse. Perfect to enjoy the delicious Tibetan dumplings called'Momo' all year round. There are the variants Classic with beef, vegetarian and vegan. For this purpose soy sauce and one really very spicy sauce is served.
Vegetarian: Spinach, peas, potato, paneer, mushroom, tofu
Vegan: dry shitake mushrooms, mushrooms and chickpeas
