A real dream for sushi fans is the Makoto in Horgen. The sushi chef Tobias Stalder discovered his favourite dish at the age of 4 and has been working on refining the high art of sushi creation since his apprenticeship. He finds inspiration on his travels to distant countries. Makoto means "sincerity" and "honesty". These values are not only lived in the restaurant, but are also reflected in the quality products and the MSC-certified fish and seafood.
