Joseph is committed to the abolition of the main course. You can choose between 2 and 7 plates. You can choose between meat, fish or vegetarian dishes with a Mediterranean touch and high-quality, if possible Swiss products. All courses are served in small portions and can be freely combined as you wish. For the normal hunger 3 plates are recommended.
