HONGXI

Zwinglistrasse:
Authentic, Chinese cuisine at star level with international influences and a large dim sum menu. At lunchtime, there are two Dim Sum sets or a wok dish with meat or vegetarian food in addition to the evening menu. Special dessert selections like sticky rice with egg yolk or mango & grapefruit soup. About 40 seats, reservation recommended.

Glattpark:
The Hongxi Glattpark is not only larger, but also the perfect place for business lunches and date nights. The interior with dark brown wooden floors, large paintings on rice paper and golden elements radiates a modern elegance that you just want to soak up. The menu offers a wider selection than in the city center. Here you will also find the traditional Peking style duck (e.g. as a three-course menu; please note: order two days in advance).

- Dim Sum, especially Xiao Long Bao
- Chicken prepared Szechuan style with ginger, garlic and coriander

Main courses:
- Steamed scallops on glass noodles with black beans and garlic
- Duck Peking style with pancakes, cucumber, leek & hoisin sauce
