COFFEE

The small Café COFFEE serves various seasonal coffees from the Zurich roaster Stoll. The beans are lighter than the Italian, rather strong roasts, but very unusual in taste. Depending on the time of day, there are cakes, sandwiches or small dishes.

Every Saturday from 10 am a vegetarian gourmet dish is served as brunch. During our visit we were surprised with a salad creation with chickpeas, marjoram, eggplant, feta, cashew, celery and tangerine mayo. A truly successful combination. Egg lovers will also get their money's worth with Eggs Benedict. The Onsen egg is served with sauce hollandaise and toasted brioche. To get one of the few seats (reservations not possible) it is worthwhile to be on site shortly before 10 o'clock.
