The former mill Tiefenbrunnen houses the restaurant Blaue Ente. It gets especially cosy in the cold winter months. Then everything is wonderfully lit and outside there is a campfire. The Blaue Ente works only with well-known producers and passionately creates enchanting dishes of market cuisine with a Mediterranean touch.
My tip: Ceviche and homemade pasta "Costa D'Oro" Tagliatelle Amore (pasta can also be purchased frozen)
