Summer lunch with two fresh options:
• Bun - Rice noodles with meat or vegetarian, garnished with pickles, cucumbers, mint, coriander and other fresh treats on a light soy sauce - CHF 15.50
• Bahnmi- Baguette with meat or vegetarian, garnished with pickles, cucumber and coriander in a chili-mayo sauce - CHF 12.50
Both take-away options are light and individually fillable with beef, pork, chicken or tofu.
My tip: If I had to choose one of the two dishes, it would be the rice noodle salad Bun.
