New York style bagels from the first bagel bakery in Switzerland. Mostly organic ingredients are used. The bagels and sweet pastries are all home-baked, the salmon itself smoked and the pastrami and pulled pork cured. For breakfast there are various breakfast combos with birch muesli, smoothies and coffee. Guests can sit indoors as well as outdoors in the nice garden.
