BABA BAOS

Baba Baos started as a food truck, then was temporarily in a juice bar in Zurich and has currently pitched its tents in the "Spritzwerk" at "Amboss Rampe". "Spritzwerk" is a cool place for lunch and drinks with street food dinner. Surrounded by plants and three food trucks, it creates a unique atmosphere. The fine baos come in 4 variations that can change every now and then. Classics include the crispy Pork Belly as well as the Pulled Beef, Jackfruit (vegan) and Oyster Mushroom (vegan). Raffael also known as "Hüppi" is always available for a chat and is fully passionate about his work. ❤️
