The Artisan

At The Artisan everything revolves around artisanal products from local cultivation and production. A large, communal garden is shared with the neighbours and at the same time used for the own cultivation of herbs and vegetables. A green oasis in the middle of Wipkingen. The cuisine is uncomplicated, locally inspired, with an international flair. 

My tip: Randen-Tarte Tatin and 30h cooked Chuck Flap Steak of beef
