🥢🍣 As a big sushi fan, I finally had to meet Patricia Benavides aka Sushiqueen (Wo Wotsch Susch Hi?!). 🥰 Born in Spain, she learned the craft over several years with Chef Jotta Cunha at Pacha Ibiza Restaurant. Super fine and especially her signature dish the ,Apple Roll' did it for me. Also, be sure to try: Soft Shell Crab Bao Bun. 😋 The pop-up ends on February 16, but it's not the last we'll hear from Patricia this year.
