Gül Restoran

Concept Gül

Elif Oskan, also known as Miss Marshall and from various pop-ups, has opened her own Turkish restaurant, Restaurant Gül. It's all about oriental hospitality, which is best celebrated with dishes from the ocakbasi (charcoal grill) and shared in keeping with the Turkish way of life. In summer, there are tables outside in the charming courtyard.

Kitchen and brunch at restaurant Gül

The ingredients are carefully selected from producers that the restaurant knows and are organic wherever possible.
Elif and her team create dishes that are both contemporary and authentic. 🫶

🫒🫑🫓🍳🧅🥣 The brunch at Gül, which has already become somewhat famous (the restaurant was full when we visited 😉), is always served on Sundays, but also on Saturdays - and includes everything we like: grilled pointed peppers, delicious egg dishes, freshly baked ekmeks, simits and pides from our wood-fired oven, as well as kaymak (Turkish cream cheese), olives and homemade confi. And of course, depending on the season, fresh fruit.
