BÜ’s

Rarely have I eaten such a good Zurich cut-up and the crispy Rösti first - es Träumli. 🥰

Between Bahnhofstrasse and Rennweg lies the Bü's, somewhat hidden. The menu is very meaty and not for the small budget. 

Our choice fell on 4 classics.
- Beef tartar "PaLü" with bread toast (starter)
- Orecchiette "Don Carlito" with salsiccia, olive oil and rosemary (starter)
- Bü'sian cordon bleu
- Zurich cutlets with mushroom cream sauce with Röschti

Jörg Bühler, who is called "Bü" by everyone, is the host of the restaurant and can be recognized by his trademark colourful, fancy shirts. The wine list is also worth mentioning - it is 60 pages long and contains an incredible 700 varieties. Most of the bottles are stored outside in an air-conditioned wine cellar and must therefore be ordered in advance.
