Of course, the institution Confiserie Sprüngli should not be missing. In addition to the usual sales area, there is a Café & Restaurant on the first floor and a Café-Bar in the lower area of the headquarters directly on Paradeplatz. Here you can enjoy a coffee made of the finest Arabica beans and enjoy a fine lunch or selected patisserie. Nostalgic coffee house atmosphere guaranteed. In the morning there is the famous Sprüngli breakfast and on Sundays the confectioner breakfast à discrétion.
My tip: truffles brioche and birch muesli, in spring seasonally with strawberries
