The Metzg an der Langstrasse is a restaurant, take-away and speciality butcher shop in one and is not to be confused with the restaurant Metzg im Seefeld. High-quality meat from Switzerland from selected butchers and farmers with species-appropriate animal husbandry and ecologically justifiable meat and food production are of great importance for the butcher and would like to pass this awareness on to its customers. As a take-away, the restaurant offers a changing range of meat and vegetarian sandwiches, stews, grilled spare ribs and always lots of vegetables. In the evening there are 2-3 changing starters and main courses of grilled, braised and roasted meat on the small menu. In the meat showcase you can find all kinds of changing specialities for home or charcuterie to eat right away as an aperitif.
