The Mesa has gone through several chefs in recent years. I myself had the pleasure with Dreien and can prove that the high quality of the food and the excellent service were always cultivated in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere and are also lived by the new chef Sebastian Rösch. The Mesa now focuses more on local Swiss products, of course in exceptional fine dining implementations. I particularly like the yellow-golden luminous wall, which creates a warm ambience. Every Wednesday there is a veganes menu on the map.
