Le Chef celebrates a fresh, Mediterranean market cuisine with products from local small suppliers. Over lunchtime, guests can choose from the fine menu of the day. In the evening, gourmands à la carte dishes and Metas Menu Surprise await. For Meta Hiltebrand, enjoyment and fulfilment with all her senses is the most beautiful thing - that's why she is particularly pleased that you can also enjoy the food in the "Le Chef" in the served, separate fumoir - très unique in Zurich. In honour of Fred Tschanz three Swiss classics are offered. The menu also includes a vegan dish that is gluten-free.
