A stain with Swiss cuisine that you can recommend to anyone without thinking twice. Host Nicolas takes care of an impeccable service with a lot of heart and soul and competent wine advice. Chef Joe conjures up uncomplicated and honest wellness gastronomy with modernly interpreted dishes. He processes regional ingredients with great skill and creativity, but without unnecessary "frills". All dishes are free of preservatives and flavour enhancers. Meat, fish and poultry come from Switzerland. 

My tip: chicken fricassee, cheese ravioli and dessert :)
