GUSTAV Café & Confiserie
The café spoils its guests with sweet delicacies from Antonio Colaianni's own confectionery or snacks from the kitchen. The house speciality is tartine, crisp sandwiches of sourdough bread topped with fine delicacies.
My tip: Tartine-Valtellina with bresaola, fennel, celery, apple, parsley, crème fraîche and mustard mayo. For dessert, mini cheesecake with blueberries and espresso.
