In 01 Ocakbasi Turkish cuisine is prepared with passion. Mr. Saglam welcomes his guests very warmly. "01" is the hallmark of Adana, the fifth largest city in southern Turkey and at the same time the home of its owner. Ocakbasi means wood fire grill. This conjures up a delicious aroma on the fresh dishes. Mostly meat dishes can be found on the menu, but they are served with salad. In any case you should leave room for the dessert "Künefe", which is also produced in the wood-fired grill. A buttery but rewarding taste experience.
