Culinary diversity at BRIDGE
At BRIDGE, you can discover high-quality international foods and unique brands and products in the shop. The in-house bakery Sourgood spoils you with freshly baked bread and other baked goods every day. Sourgood is run as a family business by Anna and Hendrik and is right up my alley. 😍
🇸🇪 The traditional bread is made according to Anna's family's Swedish recipe. ♥️ Everything is handmade, and the bread and rolls are made from sourdough with organic grains and fermented over a long period of time. This makes them particularly wholesome and long-lasting. You can choose between Sten (100% rye) or Sol (a mix of rye and wheat). The sweet baked goods are also made with sourdough.
The BRIDGE Baroffers creative cocktails named after famous international bridges, a large selection of wines, and a bar with special craft beers.
Whether you're feeling peckish or ravenous, or just fancy a drink, you can try out the delicious dishes on offer: authentic Vietnamese banh mi, tasty pizzas, and freshly prepared pasta from Pasta Mercato are all on the menu. BRIDGE is the perfect place to meet up with friends, where everyone can order whatever they fancy.
Family-friendly atmosphere at BRIDGE
BRIDGE is also very child-friendly. Upstairs, you will find a great children's play area where the little ones can play safely while their parents enjoy their meal or a cup of coffee from Vicafe.
