Southern-style Buttermilk Fried Chicken is made exclusively from Swiss chicken, marinated for 24 hours and then fried twice. You can choose between different marinades and the three side dishes salad, frieze or dirty frieze. Besides the chicken dishes, which each consist of three large pieces (325-350g), there are various starters and two burgers to choose from.
