AuGust is probably the heaven on earth for meat and sausage lovers. The restaurant has its home in the over 700-year-old building of the Widder Hotel, with a show kitchen and an expansive meat display case. Hearty meat specialities are served in a modern brasserie atmosphere.
My tip: The meat loaf and sausages are highly praised, but since I don't like pork so much, I chose the beef tartare. Highly recommended.
