Justus

JUSTUS is a neighbourhood bistro/café and shop in one and uses and sells seasonal, sustainable products of organic quality. Already in the morning hours various breakfast variations, egg and omelet dishes and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices are prepared. At lunchtime there are two menus with soup or salad, one of which is vegetarian. In the afternoon fresh cakes and coffee are served. In the evening you can start with an aperitif and then go to the à la carte dishes. Besides vegetarian, also vegan and gluten-free dishes are offered. Every Saturday we have brunch at the Justus.

My Tip: Breakfast with freshly squeezed juice. Evening flamb cake made of spelt dough or hot stone, optionally with lamb, beef or tofu
