As expected, star chef Antonio Colaianni has created a fine dining temple with Gustav. A real pleasure with excellent service in a pleasant, urban atmosphere. Perfect for an upscale business lunch near HB. In the evening there is an optional surprise menu consisting of 3-5 courses. Besides the residence with serviced apartments, there is also a bar, an elegant fumoir and a café with confectionery, which pampers guests with many small delicacies, including macarons.

My Tip: Fish dishes such as sea bass fillet with lemon bomb ice cream, fried vegetables and saffron sauce
